Description
This internship is a full time unpaid opportunity in our digital transformations and new capabilities center in Prague, with a chance for you to discover what it's like to work in one of the top 5 FMCG companies in the world. You'll be placed in one of our teams and work on real business projects. The duration of the internship can range from 3 to 6 months or more, depending on your availability.
As an intern you'll get the chance to experience the “real life” business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas of the business and building your own reputation. With the right focus and attitude, the internship can lead to a long-lasting career with AB InBev. You will work in our Supply Chain Planning department and will be in frequent contact with your line manager to align on your next steps and responsibilities.
What will you do during the internship?
The main goal of ATP (Available- To – Promise) Team BNFL is to ensure stock availability on time
and in full for customer orders in domestic and export at least possible cost. The role of ATP
Senior Specialist is to:
• Allocate the customer orders to the right location
• Align on and assign stock to export and domestic orders
• Approve and release customer orders
• Solve ad hoc issues with stock availability
• Report out of stock and potential availability risks in BNFL
Main characteristics (Challenges)
• Manage correct order and stock allocation in Belgium, Netherlands, France
• Flag and mitigate potential out of stocks
• Flag risks on stock age and allocate the orders according FEFO
• Attend routine meetings with supply and commercial teams, to discuss stock issues
• Escalate and report potential out of stocks
• Ensure correct SKU switches and depletion
Key dimensions (KPIs)
• Service Level: assure the right finished goods are available at the right location in the 1st
tier network at the right moment (via stock coverage checks, replenishment routines, ATP…)
• VLC (Variable Logistics Costs): plan deployment of stocks in a smart way to avoid unproductive
or double movements of stocks
Key contacts (Internal – External)
• Operational teams in BNFL and Export scope (Prague based)
• Logistics warehouses and scheduling department
• Demand planning
• SNP – Supply Network Planning
• Repack operations
• 3PL warehouses
• Commercial Supply departments based in local headquarter of Leuven (BE), Breda (NL) or Lille
(FR)

What are we looking for?

Currently a student at university or recently graduated

Legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic

Willingness to relocate to Czech Republic for the duration of the internship

Good communication skills

Advanced level of English, other languages are of high advantage.
