As a Supply Management Trainee you will cover the entire supply chain from farm to fridge – it’s where we combine growth, service and cost to give us a competitive advantage.
You will be based in our breweries or logistics operations, where you will have hands-on experience in producing the beers we are famous for, learning first-hand both the technical and practical challenges thataffectdifferentdepartments,includingLogistics,Quality,Packaging,BreweryOperationsandPeople – so we can make positive changes to the way we brew and produce beer, source the ingredients, and deliver to our customers effectively and efficiently.
The6-monthprogrammeisdesignedtobuildyourleadership,projectandgeneralmanagementskills,and youwillhaveopportunitiestohelpimprovethewaywework.Astheprogrammeisfocusedonthesupply chain process, you will complete projects across our 4 German breweries, with a final position in one of these locations.

Youshouldgraduate(beforeSeptember2022andnomorethantwoyearsprior)withaBachelor,Masters (or equivalent) degree from any of the following disciplines: Engineering (ideally Chemical, Mechanical, ProductionorElectrical),NaturalSciences(e.g.Physics,Chemistry,Bio-Sciences),BrewingorFoodScience or Supply Chain Studies. You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs notincluded).
