Join us as a Talent and Development Intern and grow your career within Human Resources, specializing in Talent and Development topics. You will be responsible for managing, growing and improving our Internship program in Prague and support the Talent and Development Senior Specialist with important topics such as Talent Programs and university recruitment. You will be creative and dream big from day one to grow your internship experience faster than you thought possible.

Our international team of 750 Logistics, HR and Finance specialists is always looking for new ways to refresh and create products, build stronger brands and have a positive impact on consumers and the communities where we live and work.

What are we looking for?

  • Currently a student at university or recently graduated

  • Legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic

  • Willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic for the duration of the internship

  • Fluent in English

  • Capable of being entrusted with confidential information

  • Excellent team player

  • Experience in Human Resources, Talent and/or Development fields is desirable, but not essential

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High level prioritization and organizational skills

  • Creative thinking

  • Project management

  • Analytical

  • React well under pressure

  • Proficient Microsoft office
