Head of Comms (Social, PR, Marketing)

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

AllSaints are looking to elevate the brand globally and need a seasoned Head of Communications to lead the organic social, macro influencer, VIP and PR strategies. The individual will be experienced in new approaches to communications with extra focus on digital comms. You will need to have great contacts and pride yourself in managing meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences, including the media, public and key influencers. 

  • Develop the global strategy for working with mega digital influencers, VIP's and celebrities  

  • Step change the AllSaints global Comms and elevate the brand in a new, exciting way

  • Lead the development of digital communications and conversation, including the required content and audience engagement across all AllSaints social media channels.

  • Develop strategies and executional plans that can be executed globally, with local nuances, to grow brand awareness

  • Project manage integrated marketing campaigns where relevant

  • Solid measurement of performance through key KPIs across the channels

  • Deliver regular PR coverage and buzz reports and PR plans

  • Manage, coach, develop and motivate, passionate team members and agencies to deliver plans

  • Departmental budget ownership (maximising effectiveness and efficiency)

  • Hire Global PR/Comms and Influencer agencies

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

  • A strong background in PR, Social Media, Brand Communications & Influencer

  • The ideal candidate must have an awareness of and appreciation for how the digital landscape is affecting PR

  • Proven relationships with global media, influencers and brand partners

  • Experience within fashion or beauty industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a confident communicator at all levels both written and verbal with accomplished presentation skills.

  • A cross functional collaborator, with experience building collaborative relationships
