The job on offer
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Project Management Office (PMO) Team in the Highlands supporting the Cloud Infrastructure business in the UK.
PMO forms part of the Engagement Management Community. We provide administrative support to
Engagement Managers primarily; this support can take many forms from process definition and
governance to simple assistance to free up Engagement Managers time to focus on more complex
delivery issues. The team are based across the UK, with a variety of skillsets from
all-rounders to subject matter experts.
Your role
We’ll give you the training and support needed to develop as a PMO Analyst where you will work as part of the UK PMO Team reporting to a PMO Lead/PMO Manager depending on the role.
Your role will involve providing back-office support across a broad range of core services/processes within project management including Financial Management, Planning Coordination, Reporting, Resource Capacity Management, Change Management, Communication and PMO Administration – in time you should hopefully get to work across each area.
This working environment enables our team members to develop their skills and knowledge which can and has resulted in promotion to higher grades as well as opening up opportunities to pursue their career in the Engagement Management community. We operate a mentoring scheme to help develop our team members and give them the tools to approach whatever situation they may face on their assignments.

Eligibility
• SCE/GCE pass in English at Standard grade/Nat 5 at (or equivalent) C/4 (or
equivalent)
