Reports to Team Lead – Business & Research Solutions (BRS)

Key Responsibilities General duties include activities such as –
β€’ Raising purchase orders in ProActis
β€’ Setting up matter balance report in GPMS. An email is sent to selected people working on
a matter that shows the value of time spent against a given budget, quote or estimate
β€’ Collecting and coordinating internal data
β€’ Assist various groups within the Business Support team on activities such as – transferring
data between platforms, Intranet amendments etc.
β€’ Research work using open sources (e.g. google)
β€’ Updating pages/ links; uploading/ deleting photographs in mobile based application or
Clifford Chance internal website
Key Requirements Skills and Experience:
β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
within the firm
β€’ You will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and proven experience
of prioritising workloads to meet deadlines.
β€’ You will have a professional and flexible approach and work in a methodical manner. You
will have the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
β€’ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and
Excel).
β€’ Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional
projects and solve problems
β€’ Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
