Singapore – Mid-Level Lawyer – Corporate Mergers & Acquisitons Associate

We are looking for an Associate to join our highly successful M&A team in Singapore.

Our M&A teams advise on some of the world's largest and most complex M&A transactions. Our clients include public and private corporations, investment banks and financial institutions, governments and international bodies. Our lawyers provide a seamless integrated service across our network of offices and across different areas of expertise. 

The role will involve working for a range of clients on public and private M&A and PE transactions in Asia Pacific, including growth/pre-IPO investments, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and auction sale transactions.

 




Requirements

  • The candidate should be 3-5 PQE with a common law qualification. 
  • We are looking for someone with PE/M&A experience in top tier private practice at an international firm. You will be a self-starter with an aptitude for client engagement and development, a strong team player and able to lead deals while managing different work-streams. 
  • The ideal candidate must have strong drafting skills. Chinese/Mandarin would be helpful but not a pre-requisite for the role.
