Position Overview:

Reporting into the Senior Director International Digital Financial & Strategic Insights, the Manager International Digital Financial & Strategic Insights will support on the creating and delivery of expert modelling and analytics, to support the senior leadership teams in Finance and the Digital business make commercial decisions and prioritize investments.


  • Modelling integrated business plans and transpose into clear presentations for senior management to take decisions based on insights and analytics
  • Conduct market sizing and benchmarking analysis to support decision making and ensuring consistency as well as creating a standardized approach to this, in order to increase speed and efficiency
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders on projects, collect and challenge inputs as well as acting as source of input
  • Continuous analysis of key operating metrics, creating valuable insights and deriving action items and identifying saving potentials
  • Support ad incorporation on content analysis and performance across the International Digital portfolio
  • Expert in modelling business plans through creating rigor and standardized formats that can be implemented across the regions
  • Constant analysis and challenging of business plans, forecasts and month end results with the focus on generating insights and learnings to create value for the group
  • Support on ad-hoc FP&A projects
  • Work proactively on tasks with minimal supervision and collaborate with the International leadership teams, accepting feedback and refining work as required


  • Ideally background in DTC business, investment banking or consulting
  • Ideally experience with DTC business models and / or media industry
  • Very strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills in PowerPoint/ Google Slides and Excel/ Google Sheets
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels within the business
  • Experience in developing presentations for senior leaders
  • Excellent academic qualifications, with a degree in a numeric or business-related field, as well as 5 years of work experience gained within M&A, consulting or business development
