This position is dedicated to supporting the Global Billing Operations Team based in Austin, USA; Bern, Switzerland; and Shanghai, China. The scope includes the operational processes of billing and payment related research tasks. The reoccurring tasks will be measured against pre-defined service levels and quality objectives. A key element to this role is to have a close collaboration and open communication with all Global Billing and Payment teams onsite in Austin and Globally. The Billing and Payment Analyst will work within the framework of the company’s long term objectives in optimizing resources, technology and innovative thought to ensure that we are supporting a high quality, unquestioning trading environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Online payment reconciliation and verification

  • Operational data summary and analysis

  • Analysis of complex payment or billing issues and optimally tackle problems as well as proactively investigate payment and billing issues and suggest solutions that will enhance the customer experience

  • Act as a point of contact for Billing CS groups around the world to ensure accurate collaboration, consistency, and sharing of standard methodologies.

  • Process CS requests through Trace, JIRA and Outlook, through various tools including Kenan, PayPal Enterprise Portal (PEP), Billing Ops Tool Set (BOTS). Processing Bankruptcies, issuing refunds.

  • Analyze existing workflow processes in order to suggest, implement, and communicate improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online payments

  • Over 2-3 year related operational billing and payment processing experience will be preferred.

  • Working hard with phenomenal responsibility

  • Experience with MS Office and data management system

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Customer focus and ability to work in a dynamic environment. Customer support experience a plus

  • Willing to accept and function in a constantly changing, fast paced environment. Willing to tackle different tasks as needed

  • Flexible to work with Global teams in different time zones, remote managers and colleagues

  • Must be available to cover Bill Run activities around the middle and end of each month sometimes during weekends and after business hours
