As a Director level Program Manager within the Performance Marketing and Growth team, you will be responsible for managing sophisticated and highly cross-functional programs. The role entails working across the Growth organization to develop detailed plans, supervise execution and to communicate progress/issues to all levels. We are looking for a creative, hardworking and driven team member who will create the structure and rigor to manage a sophisticated global initiative; set expectations, accountability and get results from the program teams; communicate status and issues to quickly unblock teams where needed, and make decisions/speak on behalf of the initiative owner when needed. Candidate must have knowledge of product lifecycle management, agile execution and have experience working in a cross-functional team environment. In addition, it is important for this role to have technical knowledge to be able to influence and lead technical programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Build strategy, processes, structures, standard methodologies for the organization agile transformation program

  • Partner with engineering and product leaderships to drive consistency in delivering quality products through agile processes at scale

  • Work with teams to build plans to meet deliverables, facilitate meetings, track progress and action items

  • Lead and build engineering metrics to promote predictability and visibility while keeping multiple teams in sync across the organization

Key Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage a central initiative with critical timelines under time/resource pressures.

  • Extreme attention to detail and precision in producing quality deliverables.

  • Ability to identify and develop operational processes to improve overall program execution.

  • Experience with collaboration/planning/resource management tools

  • Strong people management and leadership skills and experience leading teams in a global environment

  • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues and tasks to completion.

  • Needs to be technically adept as this role will require challenging the initiative team comprised of senior product managers and engineers, etc. to come up with creative solutions and play devil’s advocate to derive the best possible solutions.

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Knowledge of product development and product management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required.

  • At least 10 years of experience with technical program management.

  • Highly proficient in program management and collaboration tools.

  • Strong process orientation as well as business acumen and communication skills.

  • Prior experience as a Technology Product Manager is a plus.
