Partner Manager UK

Description:

  • This role will report to Head of Partner Management UK & EEC. In your role as eBay UK partner manager you will work closely with our partners to ensure short term and long-term success of our partnerships by leading day to day interactions with partners as well as working on more long-term initiatives and goals. You will interact and collaborate closely with our UK GSD Team, Global Learning Organisation, Global Work Force Management and other regional and global organisations

Responsibilities:

  • Own relationship with outsourced partner organisations in the UK, Managing and interfacing with partners on a day to day basis
  • Own and handle any systemic partner performance or supply issue and lead to resolution
  • Ensure contractual compliance & address contractual matters
  • Manage UK partner landscape including provision of input into UK partner strategy development and implementation
  • Support and engage in Partner Supply Management Process with WFO and GSD
  • Work & collaborate with all relevant stake holders such as WFO, Learning and Quality organisation and UK GSD or Business Excellence organisation
  • Participate in cross functional operations meetings to represent the partner management team and provide input on relevant partner performance
  • Participate in operational and strategic projects to drive further improvements at eBay partners
  • Coordinate partner audits with eBay GCX stakeholders
  • Support new contract negotiations with partners
  • Support new partner onboarding process or partner exit

Requirements:

  • High level understanding of eBay business model
  • Experience in partner management and relationship management
  • Working Knowledge of Capacity Planning in particular:
    • Shrink
    • FTE
    • Productive Hours
    • Occupancy/Availability
    • Volume forecasting modelling
  • Good understanding of commercial contracts and contract management
  • Deep understanding of Call Centre Operations and common KPI’s
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently with little guidance required
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly adaptable to adjust to changing business needs
  • 10 years in a partner management/relationship management environment or similar experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English; + additional major language such as DE, French, Italian or Spanish a distinct advantage
  • Experience working for Call Center outsourcing/BPO organisation
  • Requiring to travel & work from Partners locations across the globe (30% of time)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
