TSAM Account Manager


  • Build relationship with key accounts and support existing clients to expand their e-Commerce business, meeting target numbers
  • Understand e-Commerce platform, respond to clients’ requests and work with internal teams to resolve clients’ issues
  • Support business and revenue growth objective
  • Ensure company’s HK business objectives are met through market analysis, project planning and execution
  • Create, manage and present sales performance reports and knowledge database for the team regularly


  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of five-year experience in sales and key account management
  • Experience in Auto Parts and Accessories industry is an advantage
  • Strong passion and working knowledge of online e-Commerce trading platform an advantage
  • Customer-oriented with excellent telephone manner, interpersonal and selling skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure and deliver results
  • Acute sense of market and online trends and customer needs with strong analytical mind
  • Outstanding communication skills, creativity, strategic thinking and attention to details are perquisites
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Fluent in Mandarin

Good command of MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
