Our Flagship Heathrow Airport location of Enterprise Rent-A-Car has an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Logistics Administrator. We are very customer focused and building long lasting relationships with our customers is crucial. You will need to have excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience in order to succeed in the role. You will also need great attention to detail and enjoy problem solving.
As a Fleet Logistics Administrator you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking the movement of the entire fleet of vehicles at our airport location, in order to maintain the integrity of the fleet. You will also be responsible for working with our rental operations and vendors to assess and coordinate the repairs, in order to maximise speed of service, quality and revenue generation by minimising unnecessary maintenance expense.
This role also oversees the transporter movements of the fleet as well as Health & Safety and Fuel deliveries. The ideal candidate should be a leader who enjoys working in a big team and with a diverse vendor base.
Our London Heathrow branch is the largest branch in Europe. With 73 million passengers flying through Heathrow annually. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate organisational skills and ability to work within various aspect of the business.
This position requies shift work and candidates must be able available to work a 40 hour work week on a flexible shift system. This can include weekends, holidays and morining shifts starting from 5am and evening shifts ending at 12am.
The ideal candidate must have a strong detail orientation, be highly organized and self motivated with a working knowledge and understanding of unit services.
Oversee and Adhere to preventive maintenance requirements to ensure vehicles are properly accounted for
Coordinate vehicle movement to approved repair vendors.
Manage damaged vehicles
Verify claim and vehicle information match prior to vending vehicles to repair
Manage the onsite repair vendors.
Inspect vehicle repair quality upon repair completion.
Communicate with vendors regarding vehicle maintenance status.
Deliver high levels of customer service.
Coordinate branch to branch movement of vehicles.
Oversee Fuel delivery and management
Ensure all documents are up to date for in relation to Landside Airport Heath & Safety Policy.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to demonstrate customer service experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.
- Must be able to work shift patterns.
- Legally authorised to work in the UK without restriction
- Full UK Drivers License
