We are looking for a digital native to support our EY Brand, Marketing and Communication (BMC) Nordic team. Nordic BMC team, located in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland implements the branding strategy of EY, supporting our company in growing as a market leader and one of the most favored employers in the world. The Digital Marketing Professional will be part of EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) with 40.000 specialists providing IT, HR, finance, project management and strategic business services to EY member firms. You will devise, manage and report on the delivery of B2B programs and campaigns on the Marketo marketing automation platform. You will apply in-depth knowledge of B2B demand generation concepts and industry best practices to expand the in-country marketing team's capabilities by driving mature marketing automation practices across a range of marketing technology platforms.

The ideal candidate will come from a digital marketing background and should have deep knowledge and interest in marketing automation. Should possess hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of email and digital marketing.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Building, executing and delivering programs and campaigns on the Marketo platform that deliver against specific business problems and campaign objectives
  • Planning, managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, in collaboration with internal team and external digital agency
  • Develop and execute nurture campaigns throughout customer journey
  • Carrying out in-campaign and post-campaign analyses, providing insights and recommendations on how to optimize and improve effectiveness as well as technical advisory for marketing stakeholders in measurement and analytics field
  • Supporting the implementation of measurement strategies that align with BMC and business objectives by utilizing different analytics products and tools and developed for different business users
  • Managing audience data directly within Marketo and CRM to ensure legal compliance and data governance. As well as preparing the data for audience targeting and associated data segmentation for campaign execution.
  • Supporting paid advertising, SEO, SEM, retargeting and other digital marketing initiatives (in collaboration with external digital agency in the Nordics)
  • Supporting (AEM) and work closely with page builders
  • Data management and martech integration with other critical internal systems (together with other system owners)
  • Functional and analytics testing and troubleshooting to ensure the highest quality of deliverables
  • Produce and governance of support materials such as FAQs, digital marketing playbooks, case studies, SharePoint websites

Skills and attributes for success:
  • Higher education preferably in marketing and/or IT
  • Direct, hands-on experience managing and executing B2B demand generation marketing programs on Marketo or equivalent marketing automation (MA) platforms
  • Track record of executing a range of cross-channel demand generation campaigns in marketing automation platforms, as well as extensive experience delivering Account Based Marketing (ABM), event management, content marketing and retention marketing campaigns on the platform
  • Relevant experience in digital analytics and reporting using different tools
  • Understanding of web analytics, social media, online events, marketing automation, CMS and CRM software
  • Possess or in the process of obtaining Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification or Marketo Certified Solutions Architect (MCSA) would be a value added
  • Experience in using any of the tools would be an asset: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Sprinklr, Mercury, ON24
  • Fluency in use of basis Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook.
  • Outstanding written and oral communications in English
  • Knowledge of any of the Nordic languages would be a value added
  • Experience working in cross-function/cultural environments and cross-border teams, and the ability to adjust quickly to changes in stakeholder requirements and global governance
  • Proactive and problem-solving approach
  • Passionate about new technologies in the digital marketing domain

A good candidate would be innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving and can both manage the tools and guide the marketers on the right technology mix for their campaigns.
