This two-year full-time program has start dates in January and June with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

About The Team

The credit and debit product operations team supports the FIS Credit, Debit & ATM lines of business. This team supports multiple complex payment solutions. Our team triages problems, as well as working with our matrix partner teams such as client relations, technology, product, and customer service. Team members work on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert, from defining business requirements to implementation, including providing direction to development teams and testing of developed products to ensure that the business/customer needs havebeen met. Team members also leverage analytical skills to evaluate trends across the company and/or clients, research billing disputes, and provide support as needed to other business teams.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Internally analyze business trends between FIS clients
  • Analyzing and categorizing client support tickets
  • Product Analysis to determine how our products can be top of the line in the financial world. Note: This may include presentment of findings to executive leadership.
  • Assisting in day to day operational tasks such as reporting KPIs
  • Researching billing/revenue queries
  • Reviewing contracts
  • Providing Tier 2 support on selected products
  • User Acceptance Testing for new development on our credit platforms/applications, working directly with our IT team.
  • Documenting system changes to provide high level detail to our internal departments so they better understand the changes before releasing to production.
