Business Systems Analyst Senior

Job Description

Advanced professional client-facing position on the Payment Professional Services Team with broad understanding of EFT Card financial transaction processing and the Data Navigator product. Resolves complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge and skills. Exercises judgment in decision making, determines approach, methods and procedures to use on new assignments.

What you will be doing
  • Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems.
  • Translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfil the end-user/business requirements.


What you bring:
  • 6-10 years of Business Systems Analyst/Product Owner experience.
  • EFT card processing experience on Connex (preferred) / ACI Base24 (acceptable) switching platforms is highly desirable.
  • Scrum/Agile Product Owner experience with experience with Atlassian Jira or other Agile Tools
  • Experience working a fast-pace environment that has direct client engagement and interaction.
