About the team

The Global Accounts Payable team is a fun, challenging and fast-paced team. This is a large team made up of very talented individuals located in the US, EMEA and APAC regions. The team prides itself in working cohesively towards a common goal and creating a positive working atmosphere while supporting each other to enhance team performance.

What you will be doing

On a daily basis, you will be working and supporting our Accounts Payable team by reviewing, processing and following up on invoices submitted in various ways. This position will handle the following functions:
  • Perform a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Responsible for balancing invoices submitted through third party tools
  • Respond to inquiries related to third party submissions
  • Update payment details and assist Payment Coordinator with monthly requests
  • Assist in other areas or with special projects as needed


What you bring
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in the use of basic office equipment and applications specific to the accounting function
  • Thorough knowledge of filing systems and procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • Verbal and written communication skills must be clear, tactful, and constructive
  • Data entry skills
