Marketing Manager - Financial Services & Healthcare

What you will be doing:

This role is responsible defining and driving front of funnel lead generation and pipeline acceleration for key verticals across FIS' Merchant Solutions globally. Supporting our regional commercial teams, you will work with key stakeholders such as Product, Marketing, PR and 3rd party partners to enhance the Worldpay value proposition for the Financial Services and Healthcare industries.

Your passion and subject matter expertise in the industries being targeted will enable you to define, create and deliver vertical specific content and collateral that can be leveraged across all Business Development activities.

You will be expected to identify and utilise multiple channels in order to promote Worldpay from FIS as Thought Leaders within the verticals, raise awareness and promote the strength of our vertical specific value propositions, ultimately maximising opportunity to generate leads for our sales teams.

You'll be responsible for managing a Go to Market budget, developing comprehensive GTM plans, working with internal and external partners to execute those plans.
  • Developing and managing the execution of high-impact demand generation campaigns that include generating, nurturing and scoring leads.
  • Identifying, analysing and communicating market trends, key competitive dynamics and resulting strategic sales opportunities.
  • Working with internal marketing resources, utiliising a variety of addressable media, individually or in combination, to produce and deliver communications to compel prospects to contact the sales team.
  • Analysing data from various channels and prepares targeted prospect lists.
  • Preparing sales toolkits (proposals/FAQs/Overview presentations) based on documentation from product teams.
  • Developing closed-loop processes to measure and assess ROI for communications, campaigns and sales results.
  • Adjusting tactics and techniques based on campaign results.
  • Owning and managing the demand generation budget.
  • Ensuring communications are in line with FIS corporate branding.

What you will bring:
  • At least 4 years in a similar Marketing position
  • Experience within financial services & healthcare or an active interest in these industries
  • Experience using Demand Generation Tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Leadership qualities
