What you will be doing
  • Manage the Global I&D calendar, including providing logistical planning, coordination, and support for enterprise I&D events and initiatives as well as standing stakeholder meetings and agendas
  • Assist with drafting, editing, and maintenance of internal and external communications including but not limited to intranet/internet pages, company-wide materials, employee messages, announcements, executive communications, social media presence, advertisements, press releases, standard reports, etc.
  • Maintain the general I&D inquiry mailbox, including fielding and responding to colleague questions and comments
  • Respond to RFP requests, complete submissions for external I&D survey and awards, and gathering information for annual Global Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility reports
  • Conduct research of key I&D topics or issues as requested
  • Manage the Global I&D budget, invoicing, and fulfillment of procurement/purchasing needs
  • Tracks I&D data access across the organization to ensure adherence based on agreed levels of confidentiality, usage, and sharing
  • Assists in other global I&D project planning and execution as needed


What you bring
  • 2-5 years of related experience, preferably working in HR and/or Inclusion & Diversity
  • A passion or interest in building an inclusive and diverse environment where people can be their authentic selves and share their own diverse backgrounds, experiences, perspectives and ideas
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Interest in marketing/communications and ability to uphold visual standards and adhere to brand requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and change direction as needed in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to problem-solve, be resourceful and exercise good judgment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The high degree of discretion and experience working with privileged, confidential information
