This two-year full-time program has start dates in January and June with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

About The Team

The FIS Decision Solutions Product Management organization offers an opportunity to learn about our core business, market problems we solve, our clients and product lifecycle evolution. We are seeking an energetic associate to join our dynamic Product Management team that consists of both Product Managers and Business Systems Analysts/Product Owners. We provide our financial service clients with various products across the account lifecycle of Identity and Fraud, Target, Acquisition, Portfolio Management and Direct to Consumer.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from a product definition and planning through production, release and end of life.
  • Contribution and support of product roadmap to meet market requirements in support of product line strategy by considering position in life cycle, product profitability, pricing strategies, client satisfaction, and sales success rate.
  • Works closely with development teams and SMEs to review enhancement requests for strategic value and align resources to high priority project.
  • Works closely with leveraged functional teams of compliance, legal, implementation, client relations, consulting, sales, etc. to
  • Presents product information, industry insight and presentations to internal and external audiences and management team.
  • Support senior Product Managers and Product Owners in executing on key annual product advancements (i.e. net new product offerings and/or product enhancements).


What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree from job discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
