As a 2021 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars. Furthermore, you will work with a team invested in your growth, development, and success, including quarterly performances with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January and June with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;
  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization

About The Team

As a Consultant in Managed Upgrade Services, you will provide tailored consultancy across complex topics covering an array of FIS Treasury products. Deliver and provide a broad spectrum of consulting services throughout project completion ranging from the configuration, testing, business intelligence, technology optimization, project management, and product training.

What You Will Be Doing
  • You will execute MUS software upgrades, often involving custom configuration and solutions.
  • You will undertake general project management duties, including managing timelines and customer expectations.
  • Based on your skillset (e.g., cash management, accounting, capital markets), you provide specialist knowledge to the MUS team and customers and be expected to extend your knowledge to other functional and technical areas.
  • Given the client-facing nature of the role, the ability to effectively communicate to all client base levels is essential.
  • Some travel will be needed.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Added Bonus If You Have
  • Presentation, communication, and documentation (technical and functional) skills.
  • Ability to take complete ownership of projects, including all relevant fundamentals such as risk and issue management.
  • Ability to consult across multiple projects in several countries, and as such, the role will involve working beyond regular business hours.
