SCF ICT Data Support Senior Analyst


Working in Supply Chain Finance (SCF) you will work to ensure accuracy in the ICT (Inter-company profit tracking) system. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that acts as a central link between the commercial and manufacturing areas of the business. Your responsibilities:

• You will be accountable for delivering customer service performance in line with agreed Service Level Agreement (SLAs).

• Provide cross process expertise to drive increased level of ICT data understanding across the global users and data owners.

• Performing 'root cause analysis' on data issues, e.g. Transfer Price, Standard and Net Cost issues and coordinating corrective actions across wider resolving agencies as required - e.g. Supply Chain (Manufacturing Sites and Trading Partners), LOC, Business Service Centre (BSC)

• Identifying key data completeness and quality issues and initiating improvement projects in conjunction with the SCF Data Support Manager and SCF Global Process Owner (GPO) team to drive 'right first time' data creation.

• Process ownership for providing accurate and periodic metrics for communication to key stakeholders measuring the accuracy and efficiency of the SCF Support model.

• Maintain the ICT web page with additional information for global users and customers of the IPT system

• To act as a point of escalation for SCF customer service and data issues

• To work closely with GPO SCF and GPO PC (Product Costing) on establishing and designing new SKUs process for Net Cost management. To support in a design of KPIs and meet agreed SLAs.

• To own the data remediation for escalations received as part of Data Governance Forum. To provide an excellent customer service to senior stakeholders from supply chain and commercial leads.

• Ownership of relevant SOPs and issue resolution documentation, ensuring materials are accurately maintained for SCF Data Support Model processes

• Capability Leadership for the Data Support Team, ensuring training materials are maintained, new team members are inducted effectively and knowledge sharing tools/forums are operated to build capability in the UK and Genpact Teams.

• Ownership for larger scale data issues impacting high volume of materials and/or IPT Plants. Responsibility to develop clear project plans, provide communication to stakeholders (including "Service Alerts" as required) and produce periodic status updates to customers and stakeholders.
