Hays Digital Technology is a recently launched specialism of Hays Specialist Recruitment, the market leader in the UK & Ireland in technology recruitment. This scaling business are experts in hiring talent in to traditional organisations going through digital transformation and native digital companies from Start-ups through to Unicorns.

Your new role

We are hiring for Software Development Recruitment Consultants across a broad range of sub specialisms from front-end-  JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 through to Java, c# .net , Scala, Python, Ruby & PHP. This is a candidate driven market where demand outstrips supply so you will have to build trust with this candidate pool by becoming part of the software development eco-system. Further, you will have to understand the organisations that are hiring for these skills, identify and engage key stakeholders to present them with the best talent available to drive revenue.

To succeed you'll need to demonstrate that you:

In order to succeed you will have an interest in technology and be able to become familiar with concepts quickly through formal and informal learning. You will be savvy on social media and be able to convert relationships from online to face to face. You will have a flexible mind-set and will be able to come up with creative solutions to challenges that the market presents, along with being:

Salary: £22k - 26.4k per year + uncapped commission
