The Creators, Makers and Innovators division of Lewis Silkin consists of 36 partners and around 65 other specialist lawyers.
The team’s lawyers have decades of experience both within the creative industries and as legal advisers with in depth knowledge and experience of the many sectors that make up the creative world, including advertising and marketing, entertainment and media, fashion, hospitality, technology, retail and sports.
Dublin Office launch
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to the launch and founding of our Dublin office. They will be relied upon to contribute to putting in place good working practices between Dublin and the London office. There will also be the opportunity to travel to London regularly to work with and get to know the wider team.

The role will be varied and will involve working closely with our Litigation, Commercial and Data Legal Practice Groups. It will also involve assisting our Trademarks team with international trademark portfolio filings and management.
There should also be an interest and willingness to contribute strongly to our some of our Sector Focus Groups (e.g. Technology, Advertising and Marketing, Retail, Sports Business).
The successful individual will ideally be 2-6 years’ PQE with strong technical legal skills, and have extensive experience of working on general commercial litigation, preferably with an IP focus. They will also have the ability to assist with non-contentious commercial matters when required. Excellent candidates with strong IP and/or tech focussed non-contentious experience will also be considered.
The ideal candidate should have substantial experience from working in a medium or large private practice law firm or a niche commercial/technology/data practice focussed practice.Additional information
