We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our Employee Benefits team in Glasgow.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for your own portfolio of schemes. You will be working alongside your clients to ensure that we understand their needs and meet their objectives.
This role will suit someone who is used to working in a compliance focused environment so you might already have a Financial Services, Banking or Insurance background.
Our work is carried out almost entirely by phone so you will need to be comfortable building relationship by phone and be naturally well organised.
You will also need to be proactive in monitoring insurers performance, negotiating with insurers and preparing for reviews/renewals.
Elect is a Health and Wealth benefits solution broker which is a small umbrella under the Mercer Marsh and McLennan companies. Due to the large scale of the business we have a wealth of knowledge in the industry and can offer our clients bespoke and competitive rates so that they can offer their employees a comprehensive wellbeing package. The client market we work in is small to medium enterprises and currently have 3000 clients that we service throughout the year.

- Previous Financial Services, Banking, Insurance or similar compliance based industries experience
- Proven ability to form relationship over the phone
- Naturally well organised and self motivated
- Strong office IT skills
