We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and qualified Project Manager to join our UK PMO Team. The role is to provide specialized and professional project management services across our UK business. Our UK combined business includes Health, Wealth and Career consulting, with over 4000 colleagues across multiple locations.
You will be expected to be able to manage a portfolio of projects that may include a very broad mix of business change such as optimization, automation, simplification, off-shoring, people and culture. You will also be contributing to the development of the PMO service and coaching less experienced members of the team so prior experience of this will be essential.
Essential experience and qualities
- Prince 2 or an equivalent qualification
- Few years’ experience within project management in equivalent sized business environments would be essential.
- You will be a governance expert and know how to keep those unfamiliar with project management on the right track.
- Developing complex and robust written business cases to evaluate change ideas will be your forte.
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills and able to facilitate decision making and issue resolution across multiple dimensions and viewpoints
- The ability to operate effectively in fast moving, complex and changing environments where it may not be possible to deliver change in a text book linear fashion.
