We have an opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our team based in Worcester, for which we require the successful candidates to partner with colleagues to ensure the profitable introduction and growth of new client accounts in line with the overall new business sales strategy.
The role will encompass all Sales Coordinator duties, which includes, but will not be limited to; cold calling/email, social media, client management and sales development.
- Make outgoing calls and emails to generate qualified appointments for the sales teams.
- Manager CRM system and procedure.
- Maintain clear and concise Lead & Prospect records.
- Use systems to actively source and manage data.
Skills & Experience
- Comfortable on the phone, ideally from a telesales background although not compulsory
- Resilient, persistent and able to quickly build rapport and credibility
- Able to manage data base and build network of contacts
- No insurance background needed as extensive training is provided
- Build relationships with sales teams quickly and maintain them
