Senior Learning & Development Analyst

(Global Learning & Development Career Team)

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Daily cooperation with stakeholders on different levels within the organisation to: define requirements, design, develop and evaluate learning sessions for Mercer’s Career employees

  • Ensure our L&D website is maintained by working with the knowledge management team

  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports and analysis for L&D globally

  • Manage design and logistics of new hire virtual learning sessions and onboarding activity

  • Manage learning technology and content using CareerLink / Workday / Brainshark / Adobe

  • Act as the ‘go to’ person within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding L&D

  • Preparation of L&D communications

  • Apply critical thinking and share ideas for continuous innovation

  • Problem solving skills with the focus on offering new ideas

  • Proactive, enthusiastic, creative and innovative approach to work

  • Strong team working and communication skills

  • Very good command of English language (spoken and written)

  • Ability to take ownership

  • Track record of self-development and transferrable skills

Previous experience that makes ideal Candidate – but is not essential:

  • L&D, business systems, analytics and/or knowledge management

  • Self-directed working, dealing with ambiguity and making own decisions
