Application Security Engineer – Part time for a student

Interning as an Application Security Engineer you will:
- Work with our engineering team on building new security capabilities and integrating them in DevSecOps processes.
- Partner with developers in helping their use of our security tools during the development process.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks to protect our company's assets and data.
About you:
- Enrolled student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field
- Interested in Security topics and with keen interest in Application Security
- Comfortable working with a programming language like Python
- You need to be Adaptable, Innovative and Creative
- Experience with version control systems like GitHub
You will learn:
- How can security defect in development process make application susceptible to attack
- How to implement & automate security in SDLC (system development lifecycle) and create secure applications
- Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading DevSecOps and application security testing tools
- Work in multinational teams and cooperate with various stakeholders
