Job Description
Job Summary: As an Engagement and Customer Success intern, you will collaborate closely with our IT divisional partners, business stakeholders, and development teams to unlock the potential and value of Hyperautomation and AI technologies. Your role will involve crafting and implementing engagement strategies, conducting product and market analysis, designing marketing and educational materials, and facilitating information sessions and trainings to improve product awareness and adoption.
Team Overview: Our team focuses on leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology using UiPath, Business Process Management (BPM) technology using APPIAN, and other AI technologies including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and GPT Model to drive innovation and enhance business processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement engagement strategy for business teams on generative AI workforce impact, change management, and product adoption.
- Plan and facilitate information sessions and trainings with teams to improve product awareness and adoption.
- Build customer journey and conduct product and market analysis to identify pain points on customer journey and provide recommended approach.
- Design marketing and educational materials suited for teams seeking more information and learning opportunities.
