Job Description

The person is expected to support the distribution & logistics trade compliance team in data gathering, reporting, analytics and audit. This will involve interaction within the SCM team and liaison with external providers.

MAIN RESPONSBILITIES

Development and maintenance of Power BI dashboard for Trade compliance reporting

Create standard templates for data collection

·       Work with internal and external partners to collect and organize data

·       Benchmark Broker KPI performance

·      Support Audit reporting and Customs declaration documentation

·       Generate reports for management review

·       Support coordination of Trade Compliance community of practice

. Development and review of Standard work Procedures

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelors or equivalent
• Proficient with complex data analysis using MS-Excel

Experience:

• Knowledge in customs/ Trade compliance /Logistics will have an added advantage

Other Competencies and Personal Attributes*:

• Proficient in Power BI
• Proficient with desktop tools for communication and analysis (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
• Responsible, organized and meticulous
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
