Internal Communications Intern - Part time for a student

Working as an Internal Communications Intern you will:
Join the Customer Experience & Engagement team within the Human Health IT division at MSD. This team is responsible for capabilities and products delivered across Human Health IT. Your role will be to contribute to the delivery of communications for the team, specifically in designing visually appealing graphics and videos.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with visual storytelling & video/gif production.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of visual communication design principles.
- Experience with SharePoint page creation is preferable.
- A team player & able to work with all levels of employees, including senior leaders.
- Able to deliver results, particularly in narrow timeframes.
- High level of accountability, reliability, and initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What you will do / learn:
- Support with Communications activities such as:
- Content ideation, creation & editing for different forums & channels (SharePoint, newsletters, events & meetings)
- Developing internal communication plans and materials to support employee engagement & End-to-End content management.
- Video scripts & storyboard production
- Produce short interactive videos
- Design one pagers, marketing visuals/documents for different topics
- Support us in simplifying our communication & reaching a broader audience
- Support with preparing presentations for different topics
- Design and develop materials for stakeholder communication.
- Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all designs.
- Support in maintaining internal communication channels – SharePoint, Communities, etc.
- Help us in elevating our communication with your creativity
