This is a great time to join PPD China. Currently PPD is recruiting for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join our Project Delivery Department. We direct, coordinate and manage the technical and operational aspects of projects, securing the successful completion of clinical trials. We collaborate with functional area leads internally to identify and evaluate fundamental issues on the project and ensure that solutions are implemented. Essential Functions and Other Job Information:
  • Project managers are charged with oversight of all relevant functional areas involved in delivering PPD's services and are assigned global or regional projects.
  • Overall coordination and management of clinical trials
  • Direction of the technical, protocol-specific and operational aspects of assigned trials
  • Cross functional management of departments internally within PPD
  • Collaboration with major functional areas to identify and evaluate fundamental issues on the project, interpret data, make good business decisions and ensure the implementation of timely solutions
  • Accountability for ensuring all project deliverables meet customers' expectations as well as PPD's standards
  • Accurate forecasts
  • Client facing and main point of contact


Job Qualification:

Education and Experience:
  • Current experience project managing global or regional full-service Phase II-IV clinical trials within a CRO or Pharma/Biotech company
  • Business level English language
  • Therapeutic experience within one or more of the below:
  • Hematology & Oncology indications
  • Internal Medicine indications
  • Infectious & Respiratory indications
  • Neuroscience indications
  • Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Critical Care indications
  • Vaccines indications
