We are currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in our Clinical Supplies department.


As Warehouse Supervisor you will manage a team within the department and provide technical support for staff. You will serve as the main contact for high level coordination queries from internal and external stakeholders, assist in the development and efficiency of the department by focusing on end results using metrics and key performance indicators to manage performance and provide support to management team where required.



  • Manages staff, which may include interviewing and selection, professional development, goal setting, performance management, coaching and mentoring. Approves courses of action on hiring, corrective action, and terminations. Reviews and approves time records, expense reports, requests for leave, and overtime.

  • Provides technical support for all operational activities.

  • Plans activities to support operations while developing, completing and maintaining the operational tools.

  • Ensures optimal utilization of staff by supporting, scheduling and allocating workload adequately.

  • Educates internal and external stakeholders, when requested, on the standard timeframes, identifying early risks.

  • Provide quality oversight and manage and report on quality incidents.

  • Sets goals for direct reports based on departmental objectives.

Interested? If so, you should have:

  • 3-5 years previous experience in a management/supervisory position
  • Ideally Bachelor's degree or equivalent or relevant formal academic / vocational qualification (but this is not essential)
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job ideally within a warehouse/logistics environment within a pharmaceutical/medical device industry
  • Firm interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal, with good command of English Language
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Fundamental understanding of GMP working environment
