New York Capital Markets Mid-Level Associate

The Global Corporate practice group is looking to hire an Associate with 2 to 7 years of experience in corporate, finance or capital markets transactions to join our thriving securities and capital markets practice in the New York, Chicago or Houston offices. Associates in the securities and capital markets group will work closely with partners advising private and public companies in multiple business sectors, including entertainment, energy and fintech. Successful candidates will have experience or a strong interest in U.S. capital markets transactions, including representing issuers, private equity sponsors, underwriters and placement agents in IPOs, SPACs, follow-on public offerings, PIPEs, private placements and other equity and debt securities offerings and transactions. Experience representing public companies in corporate governance, Exchange Act reporting and exchange listing standards is a plus.
