International Business Leader Service Revenue Management

We are looking to hire an International Business Leader to help us deliver the future of Analytics & Services. Being accountable for the successful management of affiliate services revenues on a global level with the aim to achieve (in the long-run; ~ 5-10 years) a self-funding of service costs in close alignment with International Business Team (IBT) Service Analytics within the Lifecycle Team (LCT) Analytics & Services (A&S) and with the Global Customer Service (GCS) organization

Your main task:

  • Heads the IBT Service Revenue Management – responsible for all content, agenda and deliverables
  • Ultimately accountable for introducing, standardizing and maintaining professional services revenue management
  • Creates consistent foundation with contract management for current and future services by a long-term vision, strategy and commercialization roadmaps for the respective segment in alignment with all corresponding stakeholders
  • Responsible for the commercial execution i.e. market preparation, launch management, marketing material and full exploitation of commercialization potential of new launches/respective product portfolio
  • Is the key interface for commercialization related topics across all stakeholders
  • Primary point of contact for affiliates for questions about the overall LCT/IBT product portfolio
  • Responsible for flow of relevant information between the LCT, IBTs, GCS, regions and affiliates
  • Leads in accordance with Roche Values, Roche Core Competencies and Leadership Commitments

Formal Training & Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Engineering or MBA discipline is required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Successful passed leadership programs preferred
  • Fluent in English, additional languages beneficial

Skills / Experience: 

  • Demonstration of Roche Leadership Commitments and Roche beliefs
  • > 3 years leadership experience in a local, regional and/or global, matrix organization beneficial
  • > 5 years’ experience in Finance, Technical Support, Marketing, Sales or related business experience.
  • Deep Understanding of Diagnostics Market, Products and related regulatory requirements
  • Team development skills
