The HIT ITBP will be part of the Hillsboro Individualized Therapies (HIT) team working on the individualized NeoAntigen Specific Therapy (iNeST) platform based in Hillsboro, Oregon. iNeST is a next generation immunotherapy for the treatment of patients with cancer manufactured on a per patient basis. As ITBP you will drive the execution of business strategy and successful implementation of the new manufacturing iNeST facility located in Hillsboro. Enables Information Technology (IT) and close collaboration with manufacturing Operational Technology (OT) in Drug Product (DP) Manufacturing. Provides the IT business partnership for the purpose of business technology, strategy development, risk management and relationship management for the ultimate benefit of patients.
The incumbent works closely with Head of HIT - Pharma Technical Operations in developing long-term IT strategy for new modalities and PHC processes, simplifying IT landscape, developing Industry 4.0 manufacturing of future vision.
This person is responsible for implementing the overall DP IT roadmap, site stakeholder management, Site IT strategic backlog and sequencing of key transformation projects in HIT. Role will be accountable for ensuring that all IT issues are addressed for successful built and execution of the new manufacturing iNeST facility in Hillsboro including alignment between all Informatics and business teams.
Also this role is an important LT member of Pharma Technical Development IT Network as well as the Pharma Technical Drug Product Manufacturing IT Network ensuring successful implementation of all IT streams of iNeST (working as a coordination SPOC with all IT streams PHC, Commercial, PTD and Clinical). Own the product vision and life cycle. Partner with IT Business Partners to co-create strategy in collaboration with IT experts (e.g. Architects and Business Analysts), external vendors and brings in a value adding Informatics point of view to help continuously improve business processes and solutions. Manage the long-term product roadmap in collaboration with Product Owners or ITBP(IT Business partner) and Domain Architect.
The ideal candidate:
BS in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field.
10+ year experience leading technical products, in depth knowledge in products and its related technology.
Business domain knowledge for Technical Operations. GXP/GMP experience is a must.
Exhibits strong soft skills like presentation and public speaking, negotiation, challenging the status quo, explaining complex matters in a simple way.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to quickly produce clearly written, well-organized documentation; excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
