Sales Representative

1. Planning

  • Assist in the design and implement hospital promotion plan through the collaboration with supervisor and marketing colleagues
  • Assess territory potential, and develop and implement territory action plan
  • Regularly update target customer profile and prioritization

2. Account & Brand Management

  • Build strong relationships and credibility with Medical Practitioners, Nurses and Pharmacists to build product advocacy
  • Appropriate use of CRM system to develop and implement required call plan
  • Effectively deliver key messages to the right target customers

3. Performance Management

  • Align with supervisor to set working objective and task
  • Collect, analyze and report market/competition information on time based on business requirements

4. Finance Management

  • Manage budget plan and execute accordingly based on company policy

5. Team Management

  • Work closely and collaboratively with other team members

6. Self-Management

  • Keep proactively learning product and disease knowledge and promotion skills to realize continuous self-improvement
  • Adhere to the relevant local SOPs, reporting all drug safety or product complaints/counterfeits, within ONE working day
  • Attend annual drug safety and product complaints/counterfeit training
