Job Title : Head of Leadership and Talent
To support the Group VP for Talent and Development, in ensuring our end-to-end talent and leadership frameworks, tools, processes and developmental activities support the mindset and culture required to deliver our ongoing organisational digital transformation, and our Destination 2025 strategy.
To lead the design, development and effective implementation of the Group’s strategic talent agenda and approach; and to align the organisation’s development activities globally.
To lead on the design, development and implementation of the global leadership frameworks, tools and processes.
Collaborate with and provide guidance and support of Regional initiatives as needed.

What You Will Do
Develop and embed a group leadership framework (linked to the KornFerry Executive Leadership Success Profile for the F1)
Develop and deliver a suite of leadership development interventions, through the creation of a Leadership Academy
Embed globally consistent systems, frameworks, processes, and tools to identify, attract, recruit, develop, promote and retain the talent we need
Own the integration of the annual timeline of continuous performance and talent conversation
Support regions with succession planning and development
Develop an integrated early talent pipeline - into talent incubators
Create and deliver a development suite for talent
Manage global relationships - platforms and suppliers
Data analytics - produce and use comprehensive global analytics to drive insights and make wise business decisions
