As Account Executive, Commercial /Mittelstand you will be fully responsible for a certain territory or vertical, selling into the top "Mittelstand" accounts (gehobener Mittelstand).
Ideal candidates should possess strong B2B sales and account management experience and a solid track record selling into the Swiss market. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the digital transformation (the 4th industrial revolution) and who want to play an integral part in it.

- Learn Salesforce award-winning products, platform and value proposition
- Work in partnership with our team of Business Developers, Pre-sales and marketers for all sales opportunities
- Drive strategic sales in your territory/vertical by managing the complete sales process
- Up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships
- Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings
- Managing industry events and user groups to generate market interest
- Attend industry-recognized sales training programmes
- Further development of sales techniques through our Sales Academy, Boot camp and Sales Productivity teams
- Solution sales experience, either Software or Technology sales or strong sales experience from within a certain industry, e.g Manufacturing, Retail, E-Commerce, selling complex solutions
- Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
- Successful history of net new business sales
- A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
- Fluent in German and English for the Zurich based roles, fluent in French and English for the Morges/Geneva based roles
- Willingness to Travel
