As the Web Marketing team, we are responsible for bringing our company and product story to life through our public web properties. We are also responsible for driving organic traffic growth and conversion rate improvements through continuous testing and improvements.

Role description:

As a critical member of a high-performing and driven team, you will own driving conversion improvements across our web properties by developing a strategy and testing plan and partnering with a cross-functional group to execute your plan. An ideal candidate is passionate about deeply understanding our customers and their behavior and journey through the website. You will carry out customer-backed and well-designed experiments following best practices. You will assist the broader demand generation team to optimize across the different stages of the funnel.

An ideal candidate excels at fostering consensus among stakeholders, project managing, generating ideas, and communicating your strategy, testing roadmap, and learnings. You will take personal ownership over the role and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Within this role, you will closely collaborate with our Web Development, Creative, Marketing Operations, Paid Digital, and SEO teams.

Requirements:

  • Constantly curious, seeking better ways to solve customer and business problems

  • Proactive with the desire to be a key player on a results-oriented team

  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams to successfully execute projects

  • Intermediate experience with UX design, wireframing, and usability principles

  • Strong creative thinking skills — you're able to build upon and improve the ideas of others as well as come up with new ideas that are both effective and scalable

  • 3+ years prioritizing, designing, and executing data-driven A/B and MVT experiments

  • Ability to configure goals, triggers, tracking snippets, etc. using tag management, a/b testing, user research, and analytics tools

  • Experience using Google Analytics, A/B testing software such as Freshmarketer or Optimizely, and personalization software

  • Experience analyzing user behavior using Contentsquare, Hotjar, UserTesting.com, UsabilityHub, UserZoom, or similar platforms

  • Command of basic statistical concepts, scientific method, consumer behavior, and cognitive biases

  • Experience with audience segmentation

  • Proven ability to draw evidence-based conclusions about user decisions and behavior

  • Interpretation and communication of performance metrics

  • Ability to adopt new technologies and software quickly

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience using Drupal is a big plus
