As Product Manager of the Enterprise Automation Team, you will be accountable for the roadmap, strategies and the delivery of business process automations that enables the automation vision of Salesforce. In this role, you will be working with our enterprise business partners and internal & external delivery partners to drive and deliver the process automation capabilities around hyper-automation, community development, and cognitive processing (AI/ML).

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap ensuring it aligns with the company automation vision and business partner outcomes. Constantly evangelize the vision and roadmap to all stakeholders for alignment and collaboration

  • Effectively negotiate and prioritize the backlog with business partners to align on business outcomes objectives around value, time to market, effort and scope.

  • Effectively communicate business problems, delivery scope, status and questions to all levels of stakeholders.

  • Identify business themes and trends and can influence customer vision at roadmap level

  • Grow and scale the automation vision and adoption through our key strategic initiatives focused on enabling hyper-automation and cognitive capabilities for the enterprise community of builders

  • Be the champion and voice of our business partners and other internal teams.

  • Own the delivery of user stories and acceptance criteria that represents the outcomes provided by the business. Participate in feature assessment, requirements gathering and documentation. Work with the scrum teams in planning and delivering the work.

  • Ability to work and collaborate directly with architects, software engineers, BSAs, and system specialists on product delivery

  • Collaborate, align and work effectively through dependencies with cross functional teams

  • Work proactively on customer issues and resolves them in a timely manner


Experience/Skills Required:

  • 4+ years of product management or technical program management or automation experience with a proven track record of building awesome products/automations from concept to delivery

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Strong collaboration, influence, and negotiation skills to align stakeholders around prioritization and delivery of the roadmap

  • Strong stakeholder and business partner empathy to transform business outcomes into requirements and an actionable roadmap

  • Ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels

  • Experience operating and leading teams in an agile/scrum environment

  • Proven experience with process improvement, optimization or transformation

  • Must have the ability to make decisions and recommendations on technology strategies

  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams


Experience/Skills Desired:

  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM techniques.

  • Experience with developer communities/enablement

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and other Enterprise applications/modules: CRM, e-Commerce, Revenue systems technologies

  • Experience with RPA Platforms and other business process automation technologies

  • Experience with AI/ML capabilities

  • Excellent, creative problem-solving skills

  • Strong knowledge in information technology architecture components, principles, procedures and practices.
