Senior Account Executive (Enterprise Customers - New Logos)
Location: Espoo, Finland

As an Account Executive within the Enterprise Business Unit, you would be responsible for selling the Customer Success Platform (#1 B2B and B2C platform) and all the amazing applications including Marketing, Commerce, Service, Communities, Sales, Collaboration, Mulesoft, Tableau and Industries, which are all built on the Salesforce Platform. In other words, you would sell it all while leveraging internal resources from prospect to close.

The Role

Salesforce is looking for a talented and energic individual with knowledge of technology and software solutions to join our Sales Enterprise team to develop a patch of new multi-industry customers and further their career in a fast paced dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospect organisations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data.

  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.

  • Build, share with an extended team (sales specialists, sales engineers, business development reps, customer success manager, engagement manager, strategic account advisor, partner account manager, marketing) and implement an account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.

  • Manage entire complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of our full suite of applications.

  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers.

Your impact

You will work closely with this Customer as a strategic trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with this Customer on the Salesforce Platform to evangelise solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisation. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.

Required Skills

  • Extensive solution sales experience selling CRM, ERP, or similar into large new logos enterprises

  • Track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals

  • A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals

  • Fluent in Finnish and English

  • Strong communication skills and comfortable with C level engagements

  • Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.

  • Proven ability to manage an extended sales team.
