Role Description

The AR (Accounts Receivable) Systems team is part of Treasury and Finance Operations (TFO) Technology which is responsible for all operational systems used by the TFO department. AR Systems manages maintenance and development of all systems and processes that participate in AR operations. The analysts will be responsible for the system support and management of prioritized development initiatives. Core operational responsibilities end user systems support, improving our operational infrastructure, and supporting key business and operational initiatives. Other responsibilities will include KPI/metric analysis and operational reporting to leadership.

AR Operations is a customer impacting and complex space, and we are looking for someone who is proactive in learning and advising both from technical and business perspectives. Work and time management and building relationships will be the key to success. The role will report to the Manager, AR Systems. Salesforce.com is a fast-paced environment, the Senior Analyst must be able to hit the ground running, identify and fill gaps, manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities, while producing high-quality work.


Your Impact

  • Support TFO operational needs including system bug triage, business process support, technical advisory, business requirements gathering, manage SOX controls, and system configuration for AR.

  • Maintain and create technical and process documentation

  • Support large company projects and other initiatives that impact AR Operations systems. Partnering with IT and other business units to execute new technology or functionality implementations.

  • Facilitate and maintain partnerships with key system and business stakeholders

  • Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity. Providing solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional Systems Analyst experience, or focus in system enhancements and product or program management

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform; specifically CRM, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

  • Proficient in systems analysis, specifically data analysis, process modeling, and systems design and implementation methodologies

  • Proven experience in system implementations, with a strong interest in new technologies.

  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Specific focus on team collaboration and self organization using information systems.

  • Communicates in a clear, concise, and timely manner and operates effectively as a team player

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in computer science/engineering or information systems discipline or equivalent

  • Understanding of Quote to Cash function (credit, billing, collections, bad debt, AR) as well as revenue accounting

  • Understanding of code analysis and how to triage system bugs and research platform functionality

  • Product management experience. An understanding of how an agile system development model functions.

  • Project management experience. Ownership or responsibility for customer/stakeholder communications and updates.

  • Cloud CRM and ERP experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Business Systems - salesforce, Oracle R12

  • Development language experience; Apex, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
