We are currently looking for a global Account Leader, with knowledge of technology, solid business-to-business sales and account management experience and strong leadership capabilities, to manage one of the global CPG accounts in Morges.

The Role

We have created a Senior Strategic Account Executive role to lead a global CPG account. The role is focused on implementing a global strategy and managing the entire complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives globally, both internally as well as externally.

Your impact:

  • As part of our Enterprise Sales team you will be selling to one of the global CPG companies.

  • You will lead, build, share with an extended team and implement a global strategy executed through an account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.

  • Manage entire complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives globally the value of our full suite of applications.

  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers.

  • Evangelize the salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong capabilities to lead international Salesforce team for this account.

  • Experience of software/Cloud solutions selling.

  • Strong understanding of CPG Industry, Processes & Products.

  • Ability to map out and strategically define account plans.

  • Ability to sell both an application and deployment of a platform.

  • Effectively optimizes internal and external networks.

  • Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships.

  • Excellent at leveraging C-level and LOB relationships in an international customer

  • Ability to negotiate complex deals in English & French.
