Account Managers are assigned a territory that they will have to run like their own little business maximising growth. This role is a virtual role where you will be interacting with many healthcare stakeholders remotely, attending meetings and offering virtual training on a wide range of our products.

 

 

How You Play Your Part

 

As an Account Manager, you’ll be part of a fast moving, forward-thinking team that looks to help customers solve their problems with the suitable solution. No two days in this role would be the same which is what makes it exciting and challenging on a day-to-day basis. This role will be responsible of driving our product portfolio to a wide range of healthcare customers on your territory.

 

You’ll interact with many different healthcare professionals from a variety of settings to deliver the Schuco brand and educate on our amazing product portfolio. Taking ownership for growing sales on our products within your given territory.

 

Other responsibilities include:

·        Using our CRM and sales analytics system spot trends and identify gaps.

·        Train medical professionals on our wide range of equipment so they have the confidence in using it to provide the best care for patients.

·        Identify and pro-actively target leads / prospects in the channel

·        Execute tele-sales strategy in line with marketing communications / promotions

·        Prepare proposals and / or quotations for channel

 

 

What We Need from You

 

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for:

·        Sales experience selling a mixture of capital and consumables

·        Experience of working a territory

·        Knowledge and experience of using a CRM system (HubSpot ideally)

·        Ability to create new relationships and manage existing ones, building customer loyalty

·        A desire to continue learning about new products in the market and staying up to date with advances within the industry

·        Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills

·        Strong relationship-building skills

·        A pro-active attitude

 

Ideally, you’ll also have experience in selling to medical professionals (both public and private sector) as well as a strong understanding of the NHS.

 

We are big believers in development and people’s career goals, and the usual next step for this role would be to move into a KAM role.

Interview Process

 

Our interview process is to enable us to get to know you, and for you to get to know us with a special focus on culture and capabilities. We want this to be a two-way process and making sure that you’re a culture fit (and it fits for you) is crucial to ensuring you succeed at Schuco. Our interview process involves two informal chats with your prospective manager and other members of the senior team, a task and a personality profiling quiz.

-        First stage interview with Head of Sales.

-        Second stage interview with Head of Sales and CEO, which will also include a role-related task and a short personality profiling questionnaire.
