Estágio Profissional - Scheduling Intern

The Scheduling team is responsible for creating the final TV Schedules in a specific software after coordination with all stakeholders involved in the process (Programming, Creative, Promo Planning, Ad Sales).



Job Description



The Scheduling Intern will be supporting the team by learning several essential tasks that contribute to the success of our channels such as:

• Planning, preparation and implementation of broadcast guidelines, including break strategy;
• Promotional metadata and break Inventory management of The Walt Disney Company Entertainment and Factual channels;
• Check all program information, including promotional elements in line with promo planning strategy;
• Daily playlist tracking and reconciliation of all channels, to confirm that all broadcasts ran according to planned for both Editorial and Commercial contents.

Qualifications Required/Preferred:

• Graduated in Media Studies, other social and technical studies may be considered;
• Interest and a taste for learning in general and in particular about Television;
• Proactive, dynamic, motivated, versatile, responsible and with strong attention to detail;
• Excellent ability to manage time and deliver to deadlines;
• MS Excel knowledge and easiness to learn how to work on internal software;
• Must be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
