Hotel Operations Host – Part Time

Job Summary:

Typical shift hour: Morning shift (8:00am to 6:00pm) or Afternoon shift (1:00pm to 11:00pm)


Hotel Operations Host provide high quality services in our hotels in a helpful and friendly attitude to our guest. They are assigned below one of the role according to candidate preference and resort operation needs in different areas.

Food & Beverage (Service)

Greet & serve guest with food at restaurant, operate sales system to complete cash transactions, stock and inventory control, set up tables and keep the restaurant clean and tidy

Front Desk

Responsible for greeting Guests, checking them in and out of hotel rooms, and assisting Guests and enhancing their stay by providing information regarding Resort services, activities and surrounding areas as needed.

Bell Services

Responsible to greet our Guests at the resort hotels, assist arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, and provide luggage transportation service to and from guest rooms.


Responsible to manage the operation of the Recreation facilities and deliver quality guest service in order to create magical experience for the guests.

Resort Call Center

Handle high volume of phone calls, which may be called for different purposes from our guest. Operate Resort Call Center systems and applications in an accurate and efficient manner.

Basic Qualifications:

Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations

Schedule Availability

Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company.
Actual work schedule and number of work days per week depend on workload demand.
