Manager Paid Media Strategy, Disney Streaming Services

Job Summary:

Lead processes and systems area of Digital Paid Media Team while identifying improvement opportunities through people, data, and technology to increase productivity for scale up in Awareness campaigns. Implement and maintain frameworks that have a direct impact on team’s efficiency and productivity, focused on planning, audience strategy, time estimation, prioritization, and task management.

Digital Paid Media Strategy and tactics having as main initiatives: Awareness campaigns management and optimization, effective budget allocation and inventory planning and shortage for massive scaling up.

The role is heavy on analytical experimentation across multiple paid channels.


  • Problem-solving tackling challenges on a Digital Paid Awareness campaigns, processes and team level that will show up while growing and moving at a fast pace.
  • Take customer data to identify patterns, behaviours and proactively apply them to increase our main KPIs.
  • Brainstorm with the growth marketing, research, creative teams to come up with angles that will be profitable at scale in order to achieve the main Awareness KPIs (Reach, Frequency, Impressions, Coverage).
  • Leverage our key media partners to efficiently scale our Awareness programs through data-driven analysis and insights, supported by a thorough testing and optimization plan.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in online marketing, in a heavily performance driven environment. B2C Experience is a must.
  • Experience managing regional campaigns.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience with Digital Advertising Platforms: Programmatic (DV360), Social (FB/IG/TW), SEM, Display, YouTube.
  • Deeply knowledge of multi-channel marketing and attribution models.
  • Experience in entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising/business administration (engineering or equivalent experience is a plus).
