Manager, RM&A – Admissions & Food & Beverage Pricing

Job Summary:

The Revenue Management and Analytics (RM&A) team is part of the commercial team that supports clients across Disney Parks, Experiences & Consumer Products including Ticketing, Resorts, Merchandise and Food & Beverage in the core competencies of yield management, revenue planning, forecasting, pricing, promotions and optimization. Candidates should have a natural curiosity to understand the "why" behind business performance, take a proactive role in problem-solving, be results oriented, be able to prioritize and be a team player in a collaborative environment.



This position will lead the Admissions and Food & Beverage (F&B) Pricing teams in developing, analyzing and executing pricing strategies and tactics to maximize profitability for the Parks & F&B lines of business at the Disneyland Resort (DLR).

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of direct reports that support the fast paced and dynamic DLR Theme Park & F&B businesses in developing, analyzing and executing annual pricing and product strategies to maximize profitability and support long-term strategic objectives

• Develop and lead evolution of pricing and product strategies and tools to deliver on future vision, while ensuring success of current initiatives and proactively identifying areas of opportunity through analytic expertise

• Communicate pricing and product strategies, objectives and initiatives to key partners and leaders at all levels in the organization in a compelling and impactful manner

• Collaborate with key partners across the organization (e.g., Forecasting, Technology, Marketing and Sales, Digital, CIMA, Legal) to understand and communicate business performance, develop and implement new initiatives/projects and drive strategic opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum five plus years work experience in business analysis and/or strategy development

• Ability to apply and lead complex scientific modeling approaches

• Proven analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills

• Strong business acumen, specifically excelling in identifying new areas of opportunity

• Solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving team objectives

• Skillful and impactful communicator (verbal/written) with the ability to deliver presentations with poise, confidence and authentic style

• Demonstrated ability to champion new ideas and projects from beginning through implementation

• Proven ability to lead, inspire and coach a team of direct reports at varying levels

• Demonstrated partnering and influencing skills across the organization with the ability to integrate diverse points of view toward a desired solution

• Ability to establish and meet deadlines, handle many competing priorities and perform responsibilities with minimal supervision

• Proven ability to establish relationships while building trust and credibility, and transitioning seamlessly between all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge of Disney theme parks and F&B offerings

• Proven knowledge of Revenue Management and Analytics

• Demonstrated large scale technology project management skills

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field or equivalent

Preferred Education

• Master’s degree or equivalent
